Items that are in-stock and can ship via UPS or FEDEX within 3-7 business days and should arrive within 3-5 business days from the ship date. Items ordered together may not arrive in the same box or together.
Some furniture and other oversized items travel via freight carriers which may result in extended processing and delivery times. Freight companies will contact you via phone to schedule a delivery date and time that works for you. Some items require a signature for delivery and will be noted as such. Oversized items will be delivered curbside unless otherwise noted. Most carriers schedule deliveries Monday through Friday between the hours of 9-5.
When your order is processed, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and confirming that your package has been sent. Please note that during promotional periods it may take longer for your item to ship.

Rates apply to the 48 contiguous states. At this time, we do not offer shipping internationally or to Hawaii or Alaska.
Refund Policy
We take pride in the quality of our services and products. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase and if for any reason you are not, eligible items can be returned within 14 days of sale. Refunds are credited in the original form of payment. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and for all eligible returns, customers are responsible for return shipping.
To be eligible for a refund, all merchandise must be returned in new, unused and uninstalled condition with all original packaging and materials.
Non-returnable items include:
- Custom items
- Final sale items
- Items damaged through normal wear and tear
- Items otherwise noted as “non-refundable”.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Then after your item has been inspected we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Damages
Sometimes damages can occur during the shipping process, even though we do our best to deliver your item(s) in perfect condition. All damage claims must be received within 48 hours of receiving the item. Please save all packaging and send an email to returns@statelyspaces.com to file a claim. We will arrange for a replacement or return of the item.
